This decision has been made by Nortek, Inc., our parent company, as part of a larger restructuring of its Home Technology Group of companies. As many of you may know, we had hoped to emerge from this difficult transition period with a new business partner at our side. Unfortunately, and in spite of the great reputation enjoyed by our company, products, and, most importantly, people, we were not able to succeed in this quest. Over the last three years, and largely because of your support and success in the field, Imerge made major leaps forward in its R&D, product marketing, and sales programs. We successfully reignited the pioneering spirit that originally made this company great in the late 1990s. Our multi award winning MS 1 series of mediaserver products is now the recognized leader in luxury whole-house entertainment and the proud recipient of the coveted Reference Status Award from Home Cinema Choice magazine. Even more recently, this year's introduction of the MS1-HD and XiVA musicstore further propelled Imerge in sales and market share. All of these achievements only serve to add luster to a brand that has stood at the very forefront of innovation since its inception.
